Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or installed.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation.

  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items (if applicable).

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by ZUKO, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
