At ZUKO INDIA, we understand that plans can change. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed on our website.

Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Once the cancellation request is confirmed and approved, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

Please provide the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Customer Name

  • Registered Email Address

  • Registered Phone Number

  • Reason for Cancellation (Optional)

You can submit your cancellation request through our support channels.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders:

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • The order will simply be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped.

Cancellation Limitations

ZUKO INDIA reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests in situations including:

  • Orders that have already been shipped

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Misuse of cancellation policies
